Covid-19 Information

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our operations have been severely impacted. So here’s just some info on how we are going about all this.

We are OPEN for business and we are working closely with the Department of Health. Hence you can be assured that we are going the extra mile to keep our staff, current and future guests safe.

Given the circumstances any guest wishing to stay with us is required to answer some questions and provide evidence that they have been in the NT for more than 14 days.
Reception hours are limited but don't worry, you will be able to get a hold of us via email ([email protected]) or over the phone (+61 (0)8 8952 8686) until 7 pm daily. Please get in touch to schedule a check-in time or discuss any queries or questions - we're happy to help :-).

Note that we reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time if we are under the impression that accepting a booking will keep us from complying with the rules.

Up until the 15th of June every person entering the NT has to go in to forced isolation for 14 days. From then onwards, arrivals from interstate will be able to choose their own quarantine arrangements – as long as it is appropriate, within the guidelines directed by the Chief Health Officer. Please note that it is NOT possible to self-isolate at Alice’s Secret Traveller’s Inn, but we are more than happy to welcome you here with us after you completed your 14 days elsewhere.
