 EXTENDED PRIVATE PROPERTY POLICIES

As a small family operated accommodation business we have special policies in place for longer stays and for group/family room bookings.

If you are a group of 4 or more people or a family – please contact us directly before making your booking. This will allow us to streamline the process and come up with the best accommodation options to suit your needs.

We have a maximum stay policy of 4 nights/3nights in private rooms. Under certain circumstances we do allow exceptions. However you’ll have to enquire directly with us for that.

Group bookings, longer stays need to be booked directly with us and come with an extended cancellation policy of 72h plus a 50% deposit which has to be paid when the booking is made. If the cancellation is made outside the 72h period a full refund will be given. If the cancellation is made within 72h the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
